I upgraded my TLDs to Carbontex but managed to lose this part on one of them. I've found it for $1 but shipping at best is $9. Anyone have one that I could buy and get shipped for less than that?  The parts shop won't put it in an envelope for me with a forever stamp but was hoping maybe some out there would.  It's not the $s it's the principle.  I'd accept the risk of no tracking.  I could PP f&f or mail you a check or cash. Thanks for you consideration.

You can try the following: measure the cross pin's length and diameter from the reel that has it, buy a length of apprpriately sized drill rod and cut several cross pins from that length of drill rod.

Also maybe a visit to local hardware (not Big Orange or Big Blue) store.  My local Ace and True Value both have endless drawers of pins, roll pins, bar stock, etc. - john

Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.

Very good idea. I have some stainless steel tig rods and one of the sizes might work. I'll check it out.

Tig rod ended up working. Just had to find one with the right diameter. Thanks!
