Arkansas Dave

I found you through a google search. I was searching for a schematic for (everyone will be laughing at this) a Quantum TG400CX. Anyway, i thought it would be beneficial and above all...an opportunity to meet some good people. Btw, I reside in Northeast Arkansas....about 50 miles west of Memphis,TN

On the right is an Abu Garcia Suverän - according to Alan Hawk, one of the finest reels ever made.

They fetch quite a sum on eBay ;)

Howdy! My folks retires to, and lived for thirty years, near Elizabeth, right on Lake Norfork . That, of course was the mid 60's-mid 90's time frame. I hope the fishing is still as good, now, as it was then!

Thanks but after looking it up it is Japanese made CD-1000 not the Swedish Suveran. Kind of a lesser copy. Still pretty weird though.

I plan on both. I live quite aways from the Gulf coast. I did alot of saltwater in the Navy, but grew up fishing for panfish. I have 2 crappie rods(spinning) and reels, 2 bass rods(casting) and reels. A 11 ft surfcasting rod and Penn Battle II 5000, a Seigler/Truth SG on a 6'6' mh, 2 4-6wt flood rod and reels.
