Rattle-canned the blank with an undercoat of white to retain color; it's a bit brighter in person.

Hey mahalos for the positive feedback. I didn't take photos of the running guides, but it's the same color scheme with neon under-wraps on a black blank.

Rod is slated to be paired with the old Shimano Beastmaster 2-Speed; some of the land-based fishing here allows for the winds to take your bait quite a ways out.

That'd be nice. I've been searching for a long-lasting GITD thread that doesn't end up looking muted under several coats of finish. Hear the powder pigments are the way to go for night fishing.

The grand irony of GITD stuff is that it absorbs UV light and slowly re-emits as visible light.

But with UV inhibitors in the epoxy...
