for solid to solid - 30-turn bimini on both sides, then a true 3-turn loop-to-loop connection. supposed to be 100%.

for solid to hollow - a 30 turn bimini on the solid side, then a 30 turn bimini or a hollow core loop on the hollow side, then a true 3-turn loop-to-loop connection. supposed to be 100%

for hollow to hollow - a 6 foot hollow-to-hollow splice.  stronger than the main line, but figure 100% to make it easy.

for quick connection, go with a 6-turn uni to a 6-turn uni.  i consider this to be a 80% knot, which is usually good enough. 

it would be fun to see these actually tested.
