All the bait balls I did see were in Washington. Mostly out of Deception Pass.  Dominick

 We see boils like that off Washington coast, but its not bait boils.. its albacore boils

Biggest biol I ever saw in person was at Cordel Banks off San Diego, at it's peak it seemed like it was a 100-yards square.

Of course, we were on the hook and nowhere near casting range. Pretty cool to watch though.
