How bout this one?

Both look close but not having a reel next to it's hard to be certain some of the photos look lighter because of the  light ,but  the sage green in the sunlight looks pretty close.

On the 700 "PENN Spinfisher" is raised the "700" is engraved , do you think "700" would get filled with powder
or could grease be slathered in &  the excess be cleaned to prevent this from happening?

After sandblasting , I will check the depth of the engraving and make corrections so as not to pool the engraving with powder .  I can fix the details before it goes in the oven .

That's embossed, not engraved.  But, the two zeros will fill with powder.

After a closer look at my own photo & talk with Joe I see 700 is embossed thanks to Steve for correcting me.

        First picture are 712 rotors , one on the left is original color .

    The other pictures are after 30 minutes in dawn dish soap in the ultrasonic cleaner .

After these pictures were taken I put the parts in gas to remove the light green paint .

  Powder came in with swatches .  The gas cleaned the lighter green off and left the original paint behind , all but the reel body , that paint washed right off.

   Pictures with the swatches , miami teal and sage green .
Curious as to the vote for color !!
