Reel Repair by Alan Tani

I'm asking for specific instructions, preferably with photo help, for how to position the Trip Cam part RD0073 for reassembly. I also need to know how to install the Trip Plate Spring part RD 0075. I see the hole in the housing under the pat pending plate and the hole in the bail connector.

Could someone take one photo of this reel with the pat pending side cover removed?

Does the trip cam (#73) ride outside the PAT. PEND. plate or underneath it?"

The 1st thing is take the bail arm off the bail.

Most reels have one spring hole under the plate & that side of the spring lays flat under the plate & the other side of the spring has an angle to it going up to the bail arm.

I would assume a Shimano Sienna youtube might be similar to your reel.
