I picked up a NOS handle years ago for a project that never happened. I forgot to label it and it's been in the drawer for years. I think it was for a Daiwa BG but no idea which.

I have seen something like that on a factory okuma,,,but there's aftermarket knobs on ebay that look the same too,,,, ;)

My suggestion would be to search various reels that you think it may be OEM to until you find a good match.

Looks like it's from a BG-90.

That's what I'm thinking. Hard to tell though unless I have one.

I've looked at a lot of pictures. Most likely is a BG 90 but some of those have a different handle.

Looks like vintage Daiwa to me

Looks BG90 to me. The black flip over nut and the hex spacer on the wood knob extension shaft are tell tale signs to me, along with the chrome dust cover. Is there a sticker on the outside of the handle attachment dust cover fitting? There should be a black and gold sticker on the outside flat area.

It's definitely Daiwa. It has the sticker Tommy. I'm just wondering which model of BG, but from the size of it I think everyone who said BG 90 is right.

The wood knob is cool looking, but how does this type of knob feel in actual use?
