Last month, my free 21 inch rear wheel drive mower belt gave up after 15 years. So I was caught in a quandary, buy a $8 belt and fix the rear drive or do what AT'ers would do, upgrade.

I opted for the latter, I found what seemed at the moment was the shizzle, a walk behind hydro ZTR.

After I tried that in my funky lawn, It was kinda long for my tiny lawn.

So, I did the logical thing and bought a different mower.

The Gravely is a 2006 with 450 hrs, I am in the process of doing a full fluid and filter change, I noticed that some of the hydro lines might have seeped a few at the connection.

what type of connectors are these? with o rings? shall I tighten them?

Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.

Younger, dumber, broker me made the mistake of getting some more affordable JIC fittings and using them mixed with AN on one of my old cars.  While the flare angles are the same.... let's just say I won't make that mistake again...-john

gothca, each connection has the tapered edge, so I am going to first clean it up and run it and see if any thing is leaking and tighten those connections,

Good News and better news!

I replaced the hydro filter and found old filter was not on very tight and was leaking. Most of the hydro oil there is from the filter not being seated properly. swapped it out with Wix and put in some mobil 1 20w50

My neighbor brought is pace trailer and picked up the mower for his property up north. I gave him a quick ZTR walk behind run down and he was able to load the mower on to the trailer.
Now I am down to 1 ZTR.
