Ahh, there you go...

If you got it used and the other guy tinkered with it....now you got to pay closer attention to the other parts like the spacer sleeve as the other poster recommended.  Did the other guy put back the right one?  Is it long enough?

That already tells me that the drags need changing.  You can either go with the CF ones or the HT-100 drags...same thing, both CF.
