Hey guys,

I got a 113h steel main gear from the boss, Alan T., awhile back and just got around to installing it. When I went to install it wouldn't mesh, on further inspection I saw that it wasn't a 113h gear, there are more teeth on this one for a higher gear ratio. Best guess from me is that its for a 320gt but I didn't think they made steel gears for that one. Any ideas?

Its Helical cut, so its not a stock senator gear. The 320 and the 113H use the same sleeve, that is probably how it got mixed up.

Im Just surprised to see a 320 gear being steel, I dont have a pinon for a 320 to confirm but I will look into it. I have been thinking of getting one of those reels, beefed up they are great botto fisshing reels

Okay I'm giving up almost! This is not a 320 gear it is not a 5-990 gear and it's not a 349 from what I can tell. Anyone else have an idea?

It's has 48 teeth

Are you sure that it's not an aftermarket 4:1 gear for a 113H ?

I thought this due to the fact if you add a 12 tooth pinion it is a 4:1, however I would not know from who as this is def not BP gears or accurate and I know Fishbite makes a set but they print their name right on the gear, plus this is def not 316 SS.
