Lock

Quick question what does lock beside title of post mean.

Lock is one of the tools that us moderators use.
Most times it is used to lock a topic when we move it to a better location.
This helps with keeping everything running smoother.
It is also used by the boss himself, when he put out an important message.
Some times, but very rarely, it is also used when we feel the topic is getting a little heated from disagreements among members.

Once the topic has been locked it is off limits to members.

I wasn't aware you were able to see it.

Thanks Sal, I have seen notifications when topic has been moved. The post is like open for viewing but unable to post responses.  The post was Penn 109 under Penn Tutorials.
