Haven't opened the reel yet, it will be sitting on the table in its protective sock until Monday. I have a stack of spare Allen keys that I can shave .1mm off. thanks for the heads up.

So it's done, other than needing a new line roller bearing the old girl was in very good condition.
Thanks, everyone for the support it made it a much easier task.

i had to make one.  it was the last time i serviced one and will not touch another.   :-\
