Shark Hunter

Well, Here it is! The peak of my reel collecting Madness!
I hope I don't need parts for this Baby! I might have to ask Sal and Dominick to call in some favors from Italy!
The last pic is a 12/0 for comparison.

Great reel.  Is that two-speed?

Paolo from Everol has always been very good as answering questions and supplying parts.  You just need to find the schematic of your reel and tell him the parts number.  Little tricky to reassemble once you take the main shaft out of the spool, but you'll get the hang of it.
I used to be in a constant state of improvement.  Now I'm in a constant state of renovation.

Great reel Daron - and beautifully engineered.
Love Everols meself, and really enjoy working on 'em.
Looking forward to the fish stories!
All the best, Justin

Nice !!!!  I have never held one before.  What are the gear ratios ???????
I bet that would make a great kite reel fishing for big tuna.

Daron

That is more reel than I could handle. Good Luck & catch a lot of big ones.

I have not failed.  I just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Noice!

I've never seen one in person either, but a friend of mine here in Fiji has a 14/0 Everol.. I just called and asked him to dig it out for me so I could "service" it for him.....

That's a thing of beauty, has it ever been used? The Everol jigging reels look like a great bit of gear too. Some very nice reels come out of Italy,Alutecnos, Everol, Duel, Delphino Zagni back in the day.

Shark Hunter

Its brand new raumati. I think it may have been mounted on a rod, but the handle screw is still sealed in the bag with the tools.

Awesome, there's not much information about these  reels online you should service it and do a tutorial. I bet there's someone out there who'll need it.

Good call Andrew.
Be interested to see if there've been any internal changes from the classic version, ie: http://alantani.com/index.php?topic=5042.0
'Twas a winning formula even back then ;)

Justin was that one a single speed? It's a very cool reel and thats a great tutorial. I'm very tempted to sell my little accurate and get a small Alectunos or Everol.
