11-113 eccentric jack

Just an FYI and a question. I was looking at an eccentric jack for a 113H2 on the bay and noticed something interesting. I bought it to see if I was correct. It arrived today and it appears I was correct. The jack is stamped 11-113 and appears to be made out of stainless steel. Is this something new from Penn?

not sure about this, but many parts are now being made in china and are stainless steel.  sadly, something penn could/should have done many years ago.
