  This is my front yard view,  sometimes its quite colorful,  I love the different seasons.   Worth getting up for!

The last picture is a picture of an Oregon trail historic crossing of the Sandy river between now Portland and Mt Hood.   The settlers in the early days had to cross several rivers, and many many other trials to reach the Promised Land.   Many of us are immigrants in one way or another..... I love this land..... Dont you?    Just wanted to paint a picture....
    Anyway I took a lot of cell piks butt cant send much from the phone..... Butt the previous one was .....Sooo maybe theres hope....

Hey Buddy.    its artsy, cause you know art?    I,ve beentrying for a week or more to send some fall pictures from my phone.   Thats just where they are.    I love you all for waiting to see an alaskan geek!!!!!

    Notice the colors changing in this guys face.   White to   palle white,  then pinkish,   then kinda red,   then back to kinda oh my gosh just shoot the picture color of fall!     Just in fun of coarse.

Back to fall colors,  from green of the spring, near the burbling brook to the fire season in crimsons.

Just say in Donnie's face was not crimson, just fall like!  Now for the lighter shades!

Look hard and you may be able to decipher some neat MN fall landscape color in the background of some of these photos but the subject in the forefront of most of them is what I love about fall (great fishing).

My wife and best friend, Bonnie, with her (PB) 10# northern.

A few a the really nice walleyes we caught during the trip.




  And a visiting neighbor. 


North Central MN is beautiful in late September thru mid October......the colors and the fishing!
