Yes, its a spacing issue. No, haven't figured it out yet.

This TLD15 has been laying in the "troublebox" for a while. Finally solved the grinding problem. I've tried different variations with shims like the schematic shows, starting with the original way. But it didn't work ? So the final setup was three shims + plastic washer on the outside, shim on the inside, clicker and c-clip. But it was really hard to assemble the c-clip with this setup. So there has to be some difference between the original and aftermarket parts.
