Here's a couple pre-war long beach 60's sporting white spools. Sorry for the glare, but I didn't feel like hassling to take them out of the glass display case

Good Day all - here are a few examples from my Penn 49A collection - the narrow arbor Grey, Black & White spools and the earliest reel boxes I have found over the years.
