My processing reservations have been confirmed! Things are starting to come together

Mjg378

New braid and line on the reels. tackle selection is ongoing but basically set. Since I'm traveling it'll all be in a small duffel so I tend to overthink what to bring.  if it's blue fin I'm using my Eddie Bomb.  I'll still bring a 300 g rip roller.  A few lighter flat falls and  jigs. Have some packages size 2 1 1/0 3/0 circle hooks and2/0 4/0 and even a package of 6/0 J Hooks, some weights and some different size flouro.  I'll have My fishing hat if we're out in the sun.  Very much looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new friends as I missed last year.   See you guys soon.

Can bring spare 5'6" and 6' 50-80 rods if you need them. Will also have a 6' 40-100 rod you can use since I'd be using the 5'6" 40-130.

...as well as enough circle hooks up to 12/0.

Was at the Denny's this morning...6/21/2026 is its last day of operation. We'll need to find a different breakfast spot.

Alan.  How's this sound.   an 80 to 100 pound rod for My pen 16 VSX I got loaded with 100 pound braid and 100 pound top shot

A 60 pound rod for my pen 12 VSX loaded with 80 pound braid and 60 pound top shot

A 40 pound rod for my pen 25 narrow two speed loaded with 50 pound braid and 40 pound flouro top shot.

again, I can't thank you enough, when traveling it sure does make it easier, Hopefully the big fish show up!
  Thank you!!!

Have a great trip. I will be there in spirit. I finally had to admit, I am not good in the wee hours of the morning. And thus Porthos has a 2-speed.

I have a friend out on a trip right now and the only bait they got was anchovies. I know a lot can change in a week but come prepared to fish anchovies and small baits!
